We’re a third-generation pest and wildlife company with roots deeply tied to North Alabama. Our story began in 1989 when Lance Griggs, a local pest legend, started working alongside his grandfather Gene at A&C Pest Control, a cornerstone of North Alabama's pest control industry. When Gene ventured out on his own, Lance joined him in founding Gene's Termite & Pest Control in 1991. They worked side by side until Gene's passing in 2006, building a foundation of knowledge and values that still drives everything we do today.

Following that chapter, Lance established Spectrum Pest Management in 2006 to carry the family legacy forward. That same commitment to craft and build community is what eventually grew into Tactical Wildlife Removal & Restoration — a company built on decades of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for protecting North Alabama homes and families.

Today our team operates with that same generational knowledge behind every job. While our roots are in pest control, we've expanded into full-service wildlife management to meet the evolving needs of our community — from raccoons and squirrels to comprehensive attic and crawlspace restoration.
